We had appointment and it still took over 3 hours to complete it. We had to go to Burleson to get the bevel for the light because you guys where trying to make us by the entire light for over $200 doll complete it. Their policy for drop off appointments is to not keep the time appointed but with a list of recommended repairs without reviewing my service history. They don't tell you this when you drop it off - they tell you when you show up 3 hours later and your car isn't finished. More
