I dropped my car and had just enough time to go shopping with my wife, when Greg May Honda called and said my car was ready. It was such an ready process. I arrived at 7:30 am like my scheduled time and waited in the waiting area till noon (which is a time Christina gave me as an estimate) to have my car's AC looked at as it was not blowing cold air. No one came to me any earlier, knowing I was waiting, to give me an update. Instead, I went up to the service person Christina at noon to try and get an answer and she stated one car in front of me where the 1 ac machine they have was being used on and that the estimate time change would be 4 pm instead. When my mom came by with my kids around 12:30 pm she was ticked that nothing had been done and no information have been given by then. Therefore, we both went and pushed the service advisor David to get an answer ASAP! Shocker, he provided within minutes a quote. Since Greg May is where I bought my car from I do think I should have gotten a discount to lower the overall price of above $2,000. I would have gone elsewhere if the one part they had to use to bend the bar was located at a different service center. Not sure in the future I will buy another CR-V as I did not know hitting a coyote could do so much damage and so many parts are squished towards the front of the car. However, my car was fixed within the 5 day timeframe and seems to be working decent so far. More
