It was great that a person could come to where we were stuck and see what the problem with my Pilot is but it still hasn't been fixed. Quoted me $1150 to fix an alternator. I asked value on trade in, they said $1000, then dropped trade in value to $500 after keeping the car a week saying they weren’t sure they could get I asked value on trade in, they said $1000, then dropped trade in value to $500 after keeping the car a week saying they weren’t sure they could get the part. They made me pay $154 for diagnostics. I had it towed from the dealer service department to a mechanic who fixed it in less than one day for less than $700. I do not recommend Greg May for either service or sales. More

Bought new set of tires for 2020 Odyssey and need an alignment. Christina was great as usual. She was able to fit me in the same day I contacted her. The alignment was done in about 45 minutes.
