Oil cap was left on hood. Glad i didn't lose it. Was very inconvenient to have to drag 3 young children out in a storm to have it looked at. When I didnt even need to get out. Glad i didn't lose it. Really hope the mechanic took his time to check over everything like staff claimed. No new oil change was down and there was potentially water that got into the oil.... Would really appreciate a new oil change, a on the house oil change in the future and I will be pursuing for damages if anything happens to my car. Not to mention, when I scheduled service I listed I would need a shuttle. Well the gentleman was on lunch. Why would supervisor not look at this before hand and plan accordingly?? I was late to work by 30 mins because of staff not having a Well planned lunch. And i waited a minimum of 20 mins for a shuttle back. To me , they should have just finished my car in that time and let me leave. More
Took my car in 2 hours early for a scheduled maintenance appointment. The staff was very nice and promised the car would be done before my appointment began.
