So far I have always been satisfied with their regular service like changing the oil, changing the oil filter, etc. for my CRZ car since last January. But then on Sept. 16, I paid $3,826.39 for fixing my service like changing the oil, changing the oil filter, etc. for my CRZ car since last January. But then on Sept. 16, I paid $3,826.39 for fixing my other Honda car, a 2008 Civic Hybrid. Everything seemed okay when it out from the dealer that day. The next day, Sep. 17, I called them because the check engine light was on and the IMA light was on. I don't know what happened and need guidance on what to do. They said they will call me back, nothing happened. Monday I called again to speak with the service agent but she said that the person was busy and would call me back, but nobody called me. I called again a week after the same thing. I feel that they have been ignored because the car is old (even though it's Honda). I don't know. Nobody has called me back since then. More
