I had made an appt for 1:30 on a weekday to have an issue looked at on my car. When I got there they told me they couldn't even diagnose it that day so I'd be dropping it off and they'd get back with me wit looked at on my car. I don't even know what appointments are for if they don't do anything with the vehicle at that time. I did get a call within the promised 48 hr period to let me know the issue and I had my car back within a reasonable amount of time but it's just irritating as I had to get a rental in the meantime, unexpectedly. We were charged $155 to diagnose a bad alternator? ? I asked to at least charge the battery so we could drive it home. 8 years as a loyal customer with the hope of getting a durable vehicle and good se ? I am just sad we got a lemon, the car didn't make it to 100K miles (dropped 5k just a few months ago for major engine repairs).
