The service advisor was quick to tell me the proposed resolution and the cost, have did not contact me after that. I contacted the dealer and was left on hold for 12 minutes and he still refused to updat resolution and the cost, have did not contact me after that. The service department showed no concern with the fact that I needed at least an hour to plan transportation to pick up my vehicle. I called four different times to get an update and was never updated on the status of my repair. Finally after two days I received a text stating repairs had begun. Later that day I received a call saying the car was ready. When the car was picked up no one went over what was done to the vehicle. More
