I came in for an oil and filter with a transmission fluid change. Christina said it would only take a little while so my ride and I went to breakfast. While at breakfast Christina called me to ask if I wante change. Christina said it would only take a little while so my ride and I went to breakfast. While at breakfast Christina called me to ask if I wanted the cabin filter changed because it was dirty. So I agreed to that and went back to pick it up. Oh yes, and they had done a tire rotation too. Christina advised me that it was going to need a brake job soon. I had all four rotors and pads done early last year by an independent shop that in my opinion used inferior parts. The job the independent shop performed was so bad I took the car back and made them test drive it to see for themselves how bad it really was. They changed the front rotors but here we are one year later and needing brakes done again. That independent shop will no longer get my business. I trust Greg May Honda to do the quality work and use the quality parts my car deserves! More

I got my car from here about five years ago and paid it off in full. I think that over time the service department has started slacking in service and could do better not only with customer service and com off in full.
