In the past has been great but now don't know what happened I brought my car in for service on05-23-19 because my brake light, VSA light and ABS lights are coming on and I dropped my car off at 8am and my car w I brought my car in for service on05-23-19 because my brake light, VSA light and ABS lights are coming on and I dropped my car off at 8am and my car wasn't ready for pickup until 4:30PM and )was told that there was some type of debris was in my brake fluid and I've been going to Greg May getting my oil change since I got my car in 2012 and has never had a major problem with my car until now ) and after picking it up and paying the money I did, I got up the street and my lights came back on. I called back and spoke with service department and was instructed to return it today 05-24-19and I did. Was told that everything checked out okay and didn't make it out of the dealership and my lights were back on. I've never had any problems with my car until my oil was changed last month and I was told by the service man that a tool was dropped in something in the car and every since I had that oil change these 3 lights has been coming on and off but now staying on. Here I go again with another visit on Monday and on top of this I live 40 miles away gas is not cheap and told the service man that my daughter has lupus and we have to go to Dallas on Monday and now I have to reschedule her appointment because my car is still not repaired after 2 visits of guessing. More

After my requested inspection he highlighted some issues that needed to be done and some that could wait for a future visit. That is, he was good in explaining the issues to let me make the decision that suited my needs. Since the additional work would require additional time, Allan offered a loan car which was a great help for the whole work to be done. to put the cherry on the excellent service: When I went the last time to Greg May Honda, as I was leaving I had close the door with my earplugs hanging all around (they had fallen from my lap). Allan came running to the exit to let me know and retrieve them. This was indeed the extra mile. This is why I keep on bringing my two Honda cars to Greg May Honda. More
Got it done well and fast I had a very difficult problem with my air conditioning. They figured it out and at a minimal cost. Quick and helpful! I am away from home and had car trouble. I called and the reception desk told me I could drop it off before closing and they would diagnose the issue I am away from home and had car trouble. Complete Service Allan was very thorough in explaining everything (and I had a lot of questions). I went in for a mechanical problem, but I also had regular maintenanc Allan was very thorough in explaining everything (and I had a lot of questions). I went in for a mechanical problem, but I also had regular maintenance that was coming due. I explained my budget and Allan was able to recommend what needed to be addressed now and what could wait. Cody completed a full diagnostic and repairs in the same day (I had a lot done and thought it would be several days). Greg May has the best staff (sales and service) and I can't imagine going anywhere else for my Honda service. More

Greg May service finished my serviced before my 11:00 am I was also provided at detailed vehicle health report. I’ve not seen on if these at this dealership before. I really hope this excellent continues. More

Never Never Never!!! I called this place and told them what was wrong with my car. Earlier that day, I had had the 2008 Accord checked out and I knew that the car needed I called this place and told them what was wrong with my car. Earlier that day, I had had the 2008 Accord checked out and I knew that the car needed a new Starter. The service manager insisted that the Accord needed to be put on the Diagnosis machine first before they do any work on the vehicle. The cost for a diagnosis is $60 dollars. Does this Honda Dealer need to gouge every costumer out of $60 even if you tell them what the problem is before they start? If I tell you what’s wrong or the problem with MY vehicle. My questions to this place is to the deal Why do I need to pay $60 for you, to tell me the same information? Rob More
