Service My husband brings my car for service because sometimes I feel like I can be persuaded to have things done that are not necessary. However, he brings my car in early and gets in and out, and and is able to know when and when not to have the little extras done. The service department Is friendly and accommodating and have kept my car in good shape for almost 200,000 miles. We always bring both of our cars to Waco Honda because it’s convenient and trustworthy. More

Oil Change Service provided by technician was not good. Came in on Saturday at 11 for . }which I had an appointment. Dropped my vehicle off never received a Service provided by technician was not good. Came in on Saturday at 11 for . }which I had an appointment. Dropped my vehicle off never received a call so called dealership at 2:30 since they closed at , was told my car would be ready in 10 min. Picked car up went home next morning there was a puddle under my car. Had to take care back to dealership on Monday morning to get it checked and had to miss my morning clients which is why i wen in on Saturday in the first place. My advice is that if Alan is not working do not get your car serviced. He seems to be the only person that gets things done right the first time. More

oil change I waited for over 2 hours for the oil change. When I finally checked with the service rep. she went to the back to check on the progress and returned I waited for over 2 hours for the oil change. When I finally checked with the service rep. she went to the back to check on the progress and returned to tell me the paperwork was being completed so I was nearly done. I was not charged for the service due to the extended and unnecessarily long waiting period. I very much appreciated that. More
