After my last interaction with Greg May, I took my car to the Subaru Dealership down the street to trade it in. I took my car in twice to get a recall fixed, and the service representative did not mentioned that the part wasn't in stock either time. The general manager ignored most of my complaints, blaming my concerns about communication problems on parts delays due to COVID. His response to an email was all I needed to know that I never wanted to deal with Greg May Honda again. More

Dealing w/ a flat tire, I called roadside service who came and discovered a rock in that tire. At first I went to a nearby tire service, because I was concerned about driving the car to Greg May with the came and discovered a rock in that tire. At first I went to a nearby tire service, because I was concerned about driving the car to Greg May with the bad tire. I was told the tire needed to be replaced. They aired up the tire and I drove slowly to the dealership. I had a pending medical appt, so the Service Dept put on the spare and sent me on my way while they made arrangements for the new tire (under warranty). As I finished my appt, I received a call from the Service Dept that if I would swing back by, they could put the new tire on. Kudos to David, Christina, Dalton, and tire changer whose name I don't know. Excellent above-and-beyond service as I interrupted an already busy schedule for them at the end of the day.
