Did not perform service I paid for- this is the 2nd time this has happened at this dealership. I paid to have routine maintenance and tires rotated and the past two service visits they attempted to hand th this has happened at this dealership. I paid to have routine maintenance and tires rotated and the past two service visits they attempted to hand the car off to me without rotating the tires. Unbeknownst to them, I know the markings on the wheels and always check before leaving the dealership. I understand this could happen once, but twice! Looks like an intentional miss for this dealers service department. Lots of money to be made for no service if this is routine for them. Very disappointing since this is the only Honda dealer within 50 miles. More

I was new to using the Roadside Assistance program and Trey guided me appropriately. The tow showed up, took my vehicle to the dealership, it was assessed and determined that a new tire was needed. One point - I wish Trey would have updated us on the process. We waited at the dealership for awhile and heard nothing. I suspect it took awhile for a mechanic to xxxxx the tire to determine if they could patch the tire. However, compared to other dealership experiences this one was a lot better. Thank you.
