I had no idea it would take all day. Ruined my one day off. The waiting area is tiny, and the chairs are very uncomfortable. I was misiformed about several things,$the worst was being told i was covered by insurance for 14 days only to be told by my FarmBureau agent that I lost coverage the minute I drove it off the lot. So,if I had a wreck during that time I wouldn’t have been covered. I love the car but would never do do business with them.
