I made an appointment on a Monday 9:39 AM. The earliest appointment I could get was on Thursday at 12:30 PM. I heard nothing from the service department until Friday at 4:30 PM. One of the reasons I took my car in was for the brakes. The brakes needed parts. The parts needed could not be received until Monday. My car was finally ready at 12:33 PM on Monday. This appointment process and the length of time it took to contact me after the drop off my vehicle at the appointed time is too long for me. This is not the first time it has taken so long to get work done on one of my vehicles here. Also, the air intake hose was disconnected on my car. It had been knocked loose 3 oil changes prior and has been a problem when the oil has been changed since. Two of my last 3 oil changes were at Greg May, so they should have been aware that they caused the problem. My last oil change was done by someone else because I didn't have time for the appointment process. It cost me $155 to have the hose reconnected --- all because of something I felt like they caused. The car is a 2007 Accord with 134k miles. I a 2003 CRV with 240k+ miles and a 2006 Civic with 120k+ miles. So, with the age of the vehicles, we are in the market for something new. I like to have my vehicles serviced at the dealer. Considering the decline in service at Greg May the past few years -- especially the difficulty in getting an appointment and the length of time I have to leave my vehicle -- I am leaning greatly toward not getting another Honda. More
