Not done correctly I bought a brand new car being told the scratch would be fixed and it was only touched up! Even after us telling them it was a deep scratch and could I bought a brand new car being told the scratch would be fixed and it was only touched up! Called and left a message that we were not happy only to get a call back saying they don’t think they can paint the door perfectly so they will give my husband 300 to paint it himself because he owns his own shop! This is terrible! More

Unwelcoming. There was a distinct atmosphere of "you're not good enough to be here" from the staff. This is the second time I've brought my Odyssey to the Greg May dealership and been treated less than favorable. I was chastised for not making an appointment. And then it seemed that my service was an imposition. There are too many dealerships for treatment like this. I hope this goes well for you, but I'll be seeking service elsewhere. More

Amazing!!! My car broke down across from Greg May Honda and was in bad shape. Tony from Honda picked me up within 5 minutes and was able to get me driving again My car broke down across from Greg May Honda and was in bad shape. In the past has been great but now don't know what happened I brought my car in for service on05-23-19 because my brake light, VSA light and ABS lights are coming on and I dropped my car off at 8am and my car w I brought my car in for service on05-23-19 because my brake light, VSA light and ABS lights are coming on and I dropped my car off at 8am and my car wasn't ready for pickup until 4:30PM and )was told that there was some type of debris was in my brake fluid and I've been going to Greg May getting my oil change since I got my car in 2012 and has never had a major problem with my car until now ) and after picking it up and paying the money I did, I got up the street and my lights came back on. I called back and spoke with service department and was instructed to return it today 05-24-19and I did. Was told that everything checked out okay and didn't make it out of the dealership and my lights were back on. I've never had any problems with my car until my oil was changed last month and I was told by the service man that a tool was dropped in something in the car and every since I had that oil change these 3 lights has been coming on and off but now staying on. Here I go again with another visit on Monday and on top of this I live 40 miles away gas is not cheap and told the service man that my daughter has lupus and we have to go to Dallas on Monday and now I have to reschedule her appointment because my car is still not repaired after 2 visits of guessing. More

After my requested inspection he highlighted some issues that needed to be done and some that could wait for a future visit. That is, he was good in explaining the issues to let me make the decision that suited my needs. Since the additional work would require additional time, Allan offered a loan car which was a great help for the whole work to be done. to put the cherry on the excellent service: When I went the last time to Greg May Honda, as I was leaving I had close the door with my earplugs hanging all around (they had fallen from my lap). Allan came running to the exit to let me know and retrieve them. This was indeed the extra mile. This is why I keep on bringing my two Honda cars to Greg May Honda. More
