I had an awful experience with this dealership recently. I purchase a used vehicle in March 2012 and when I got the SUV home I realized that the CD player did not work. I called the dealership the next day I purchase a used vehicle in March 2012 and when I got the SUV home I realized that the CD player did not work. I called the dealership the next day to get the issue resolved and here we are 30 days later and I am still trying to get them to fix it. They have been giving me the run around for over a month! I will never purchase another vehicle from them and I tell everyone that will listen about the horrible experience I had. Hopefully, the CD player will be fixed before month number two rolls around. The honda's fine. The service is terrible. They sold me my accord with a quarter tank of gas and no inspection sticker! When I went back to get my permanent plates they had not picked them up from the tax my accord with a quarter tank of gas and no inspection sticker! When I went back to get my permanent plates they had not picked them up from the tax office and instead gave me new temps. Overall this place just doesnt seem to care about their customers once they get your money. You'd get better service at mcdonalds, and you don't even have to spend thousands of dollars there. Please don't give this place your business. They don't care about people and they don't deserve to sell a product like a Honda. More

Picked out the car I wanted online. Went to Greg May to pick it up and found everything just as described. Over all this was a very smooth transaction and I will use this dealership again to purchase my n pick it up and found everything just as described. Over all this was a very smooth transaction and I will use this dealership again to purchase my new cars. I have now taken my hybrid in for three regular service visits and have had such good service I felt compelled to write this review. Greg's staff remembered my name and calls my by it when I come through the door. Thanks for a great sale and service. More
I have had 3 unfortunate service situations here. The first happened about a year and a half after my purchase. I had a routine oil change and scheduled mileage check. A few days later I had to have my first happened about a year and a half after my purchase. I had a routine oil change and scheduled mileage check. A few days later I had to have my car towed to the dealership, because an engine light and code came on telling me to have it checked immediately and to not drive it. I called them and took it in. I live an hour away from the dealership and had to take off work half a day. The mechanic didn't put something back on correctly, and it caused the problem. They gave me some free oil changes for my inconvenience, after I called and asked what they were going to do to accomodate my inconvenience. I have continued to return to them for service, however this past weekend I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation and when I left the dealership, I thought my car sounded very loud and rough, but wasn't sure. I drove home (an hour drive) still thought my car sounded rough. Wed. some friends and I went to dinner and someone else commented on how loud my car sounded. Another friend's husband opened my hood and there was the oil cap sitting on the manifold. He put it back on. I have driven around 300 miles before I knee this was the problem. When I called the service manager, he offered me a free oil change the next time I came in, and that I should ask for him personally. Great! Now I need to check my oil level in the morning, because I don't know how much oil is in it, and not sure if everything is ok or not. I have a 2007 Accord, and will probably not be returning to their dealership, except to demand that they check out my engine etc at their expense, since they were negligent. More
