We have 2019 Ridgeline which suffered from extreme hood waffling. The first recall repair didn’t work so Alan (Allen) got a replacement approved, got it in, got it painted and did the recall repair just waffling. We took a hundred mile round trip today, passed and met semis a mobile home’s moving, not even a whisper of movement. We think Alan is the best!
