I got there early for my appointment, which was scheduled for 9:30am. They got me in shortly after I got there but still had to wait over an hour for an oil change and whatever else they checked. for 9:30am. Christina was grt, she was very professional and polite and respectful. Matthew The young man at the parts desks, seemed to be disconnected / preoccupied(cell phone texting surfing what ever) w and respectful. And I never went to a dealership service dept where I was not greeted outside at my vehicle.. When walking into the room no one acknowledged me till I walked up to the desk. There were no other customers at the Service desks on both occasions . But! once I made conversation Christina was very engaged in my conversation, and very nice upbeat and respectful. They had to order new side moldings for my vehicle, the ones that were installed fall off. Christina kept me abreast as the status of the order and when in she called to set up a day/time to come in and have them put on. again very efficient and courteous . More
