They stand by their word I was looking for a 2016 Genesis at the end of the year (which had huge discounts available) and there appeared only to be a couple dozen or so nation I was looking for a 2016 Genesis at the end of the year (which had huge discounts available) and there appeared only to be a couple dozen or so nationally. I was able to find one that met my needs at Greg Leblanc, 350 miles from home. Not wanting to drive half a day just to figure out if we could make a deal, I reached out to the sales team to get a firm quote on the car and a quote on my trade-in that I would drive into town. The sent a Sales Order for the Genesis and used my photographs to give a very generous trade-in offer. When I drove into Houma just before closing they ran all the paperwork just as we had discussed. The car was exactly as they said it was, and they didn't try to back off of the trade-in quote (or even act as though they were really giving me an overly generous deal). I couldn't have been happier with the service I received. More
