Lesson Learned I brought my car in without an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited approximately two hours without receiving an up date on prog I brought my car in without an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited approximately two hours without receiving an up date on progress. I went up to the service desk to inquire about the progress of service and was informed that my car had not been checked or serviced. I canceled my request for service. I then scheduled an appointment a few weeks later and received good service. The lesson learned was to always schedule an appointment. More
