The salesman listed, Mr. Chris Lovell, was a pleasure to talk t I actually called about a preowned truck that was yet to have its photo posted online. The salesman listed, Mr. Chris Lovell, was a pleasure to talk to over the phone. He patiently listened while I explained to him my very precise needs in a preowned truck. I explained to Chris that my almost 3 hour drive to Houma would occupy a precious off day from work and involve other family members as well. Chris personally inspected the truck I called about and text me very detailed photos with written descriptions of every rock chip or shopping cart ding he could find. We reviewed the Carfax report over the telephone as well. Chris has a vast knowledge of the product (Tundra) and could easily explain all features including the complex four wheel drive system on the grassy lot behind the dealership. Chris implied no rush or pressure and stayed available in that South Louisiana heat in July as I combed the truck over for more than an hour. The deal was fair for all and the finance department was also eager to please. The paperwork went quickly considering an out of state purchase. I would not hesitate to send anyone of my friends or family to Houma to have Chris show them a potential purchase! More
