Great experience! We stopped into the dealership on a Friday night just to take a look at a certain vehicle on the used lot. Kipp met us with the keys and we took it for a drive. They were about to close, but no one ever gave us the impression we were inconveniencing them. We ended up right back there Saturday to finish paperwork. I traded my 10 year old Camry in, and purchased a certified pre owned RAV4 that fit our family’s needs perfectly! Kipp fed my son and husband Saturday while waiting on paperwork, and he entertained my son while we were speaking to the finance manager, they went above and beyond to make us feel special, we will be back!
