Beyond Blessed!!! We were in need of a vehicle and fast!!! Greg Jr. and Keith were amazing!!! Very impersonal. Little/no feedback when car returned. Service people were polite and did offer me water, however no one identified themselves. This was my first visit to this service and I felt it was the Service people were polite and did offer me water, however no one identified themselves. This was my first visit to this service and I felt it was their opportunity to create a positive impression. It was anything but that! I sat in the waiting area and was called when my car was ready. Very impersonal. My keys were handed to me and I was asked to sign paperwork. No explanation given. The service was done in a timely manner. When I drove my car a few days later on the interstate, I realized once it got dark that my headlights were not on. Then it began to rain. The wipers did not operate automatically like they usually did. Things had been turned off and not turned back on. No one shared anything with me! Thankfully there were no serious consequences. I called the service department to discuss these matters and express my dissatisfaction with what had transpired. I recommended changes for future appointments and hope to see a change! This was NOTHING like the experiences I had at my previous dealership. More
