Alisha was helpful as I came in to buy an Avalon. She asked the right questions to be sure it was the best car for me. The Avalon in stock was an XSE and an XLE would fit best. Though it was getting lat asked the right questions to be sure it was the best car for me. The Avalon in stock was an XSE and an XLE would fit best. Though it was getting late in the day. she and the team reached out to other dealers to find a similar XLE model. They found one that was very close and were able to get the car for the following afternoon. I had Alisha’s full attention as she patiently explained the process, the credit application process and the vehicle features. She kept me informed through every step. The financing process was easy and well explained as I had another rate quote and Alisha worked with Finance area and they were able to get me a lower rate. Once sale completed Alysha went through the features and showed me where they were and how to access . She has followed up to make sure I knew she was there for any questions or further help. Lots of ups and downs but end result was satifactory Everyone was laid back and not like a swarm of bees. Very respectful for each others' decisions. They put up with me and that was a plus. I am an ONLY a Toyota buyer from my last experience. My Avalon was a 1999 and still ran like the day I bought it. Had it not been for a helper at my home going to C V S, it would still be my forever car. Of course it was maintained always. The accident made it impossible to drive safely on the road but the motor still ran like a dream. Having a hard time letting it go. I might even find a junk yard to replace the awful parts to donate to my granddaughter. Depends on price. I purchased a grand deal on a top of the line; used but only 39000 with one owner and no accidents. It's a 2012 but runs like my avalon. Now I need how to use it. haha I am happy with my purchase and my car. One draw back was it was white. Detest white cars but the features and price were worth it. Love Toyota and unless they come out with this miraculous, dependable, long lasting car with wings, I am a full time Toyota fan. Thank the staff and all personnel involved.
