When I pointed out that the VIN they ran on my trade was not a "SR" package, but was in fact a SR5 package, Cody apologized for the error and immediately gave me a revised trade number (rather than being confrontational or argumentative about it) - that my friends is what sealed the deal. Then when they brought the truck around, Corey gave me the run down on the features that were different from the 2016 I traded in - so I didn't have to spend a lot of time with that either! This guy knew what he was talking about and was very knowledgeable about the truck I purchased. I have already recommended this dealership to two other friends (even though it's over an hour away from my house - and there are 4 Toyota dealerships within a stone's throw) because I feel as though I got a good value. I put them on notice that I will be back in about 3-4 years when I trade my truck in again. I feel sorry for the other Toyota dealerships in the greater New Orleans area - not even close. More
