I do not feel that he explained the cars features to me well enough and for that I have a car that has features that I do not like. I also do not believe he even tried to work out a better deal on financin well enough and for that I have a car that has features that I do not like. I also do not believe he even tried to work out a better deal on financing for me when I have good credit and money down. I feel Toyota could have did better but the Salesman already knew I was a guaranteed sale. I have buyers remorse and wish I would have went to a different Toyota to see what they would have did for me. More

Found the exact vehicle I wanted on these guys website, called them that morning to make sure they still had it. Was able to exchange info through text while on my 6 hour drive to the dealership and by the called them that morning to make sure they still had it.
