I got SCREWED BIG TIME BY THIS DEALERSHIP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAD PUT A VERY GOOD REVIEW ON HERE WHEN I FIRST GOT MY JEEP BUT THINGS CAN CHANGE FAST THEY SCREWED ME OVER BAD SOLD A EXTENDED WARRANTY THAT I HAD PUT A VERY GOOD REVIEW ON HERE WHEN I FIRST GOT MY JEEP BUT THINGS CAN CHANGE FAST THEY SCREWED ME OVER BAD SOLD A EXTENDED WARRANTY THAT WAS NO GOOD SO I NOW HATE THIS PLACE AND AM STUCK FIXING MY JEEP MYSELF WHEN YOU GIVE OVER 25000 DOLLARS FOR A VEHICLE THEY COULD SPEND A 1000 AND FIX IT FOR YOU ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY TOOK MY GOOD CAR THAT NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH AND SOLD IT THE NEXT WEEK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I came on the lot I was approached by a salesperson. He was nice at first but started asking about my credit. When I told him it may not be the best because of a recent divorce he just said well we may He was nice at first but started asking about my credit. For some reason I continued to look at cars and as I saw another salesperson start to come up out of the corner of my eye, I heard the first salesperson say "Don't bother. She's a Bogey". I don't know what that term means but it made him stop in his tracks and just stand and smoke a cigarette. I bought from another Ford dealership who was willing to help. These guys were horrible! I took the 2002 Ford F150 I used to own more than once and always had good experiences with them Laura is an excellent service manager and Chris is Preaty good too. I had to partialy rebuild the rear in my truck and they did a great job and price was reasonable they have very skilled techs and a good rep in Bowling Green I also had them replace all the coil packs and tune the motor and that went well, when I had it in I told them I think that the front end might be a little loose they checked it and said everything was fine why spend money on something you don't have to I've got nothing but good to say about service Now as for sales the verdict is still out on that one They have yet to impress me there but if they do I will write a good review on them I don't believe a person should speak badly about anyone but I don't trust car sales people or finance managers they are typical just out for themselves I believe there are some good ones out there you just have find them all I ask for is to be treated honestly and fairly I don't think that's too much to ask for That's what they would expect from me..... Took a 2004 ford F350 dually in on a wreaker because it would not start. Suspected the starter but ask Greenwood Ford service to CHARGE the two batteries so as to deteremine whether the starter was a probl would not start. OBVIOUSLY, they didn't bother to charge the batterie and simply assumed that the starter was BAD and would need $700 to replace the atarter. I have a little trouble with this picture. More
