It was my first time in a dealership on my own since my husband passed, and I don't think it is possible to have been taken care of any better. I had never met John before, but it felt like he was a lifelong friend by the end of the day. I really appreciate the extra effort he gave without complaint, even coming in on his day off (the day before Thanksgiving) because that is when it was convenient for me to meet.
