recent purchase went to greenwood chevrolet to purchase a used 2012 corvette and trade in my 2004 corvette. It has always been said that dealers don't give you very m went to greenwood chevrolet to purchase a used 2012 corvette and trade in my 2004 corvette. It has always been said that dealers don't give you very much for trade ins. Completely false at this dealership. I am 71 years old have owned 16 corvettes in my life time so I know how to buy and what vehicles are worth. I sat down with salesman Dick Frost and talked with him about the 2012 corvette that was for sale , I told him what I had for a trade in and how much I wanted to pay difference. Mr. Frost went to the appraiser and came back with less than I wanted. My friend was with me helped with the negotiations and they came very close to what I wanted for the trade in and even lowered the price of the car that I purchased. the deal was made in less than 1 or 2 hours. I went back home got my title and all paperwork returned with the full payment and I am thrilled with my purchase, I never thought it would happen. Thanks to the Greg Greenwood family of employees my dream came true. Also the battery was low do to not shutting the car down and they put a brand new battery in at no expense thank you again and every body should go to Greenwood Chevrolet the deals are great and service is the best. I will go there for all my needs More

No issues with Finance department and was in and out. The only thing I would add is vehicle prep was lacking. With 2 days notice of pickup and time doing so, vehicle was still not what I would expect. Bed cover was dirty, roof dirty and water spots on truck. This was after the paint protective coating put on. Did they really do it??? Pam called them to clean bed cover again during vehicle pickup and expressed how sorry she was. NOT her fault. More
