Rushed.. Everyone seemed friendly at this dealership Except the salesman laughed when I told him what truck I wanted. He then replied “You do know that’s a $30,000 truck right?” I am guessing he reacted this was because I’m a younger female who came here alone, dressed in jean shorts and a Walmart T-shirt. He probably assumed I couldn’t afford it and had a minimum wage job and was probably just going to waste his time.. Turns out he was wrong. I hope he learns from this experience and maybe doesn’t judge someone off appearance next time. I got the truck I wanted but I felt the whole process was rushed they didn’t explain anything to me. I signed all the papers and I had the keys in hand. The whole process start to finish took an hour. which most people probably would love but I felt like I wasn’t being told everything since it was so rushed. More

salesman did not no anything after i purchased my suv the salesman had all the answers to our questions when we were looking at a suv. when we decided on which one, he went over that gap insurance with us the salesman had all the answers to our questions when we were looking at a suv. when we decided on which one, he went over that gap insurance with us and I told him we were not interested. then the financial guy came out to talk to us and told us are payment, which we were satisfied with but was a little higher than we wanted. Greg took us to his office to sign papers. he started with that gap insurance again and I told him I was definitely not interested in it. So he told us are payment again and it was the same. we stated to sign all the papers and he was very friendly at that time. After we got home I started to look over papers we signed and found not only did he get me to sign for that gap insurance that was 900 dollars more he also charged me for plates that i did not get. i used my old ones. That was another 18.50. when i called my sales man Pete Frances said I would have to come back in. When I asked Pete about this gap insurance he said he didn't know anything about it and said oh no I showed you something else. when I asked him about plates he said I would have to talk to Greg in the financial dept. he didn't know anything about that. he's the one that put my old plates on!!!!! Then Greg said he could not take the 900 off because they already paid them. Now I am stuck paying a higher payment. he did say he would pay the 918.50 to the bank. still waiting on that. Bottom line,watch what they say to you and make sure when they go over your payments and taxes that they don't skip any lines, they are very quick about that part because you are just thinking about your new car More
