I had such a wonderful experience at Greenwood in Austintown! I went in there thinking there was probably no hope in being able to trade in my car and get approved for a Lease or Loan, on a new Chevy Austintown! I went in there thinking there was probably no hope in being able to trade in my car and get approved for a Lease or Loan, on a new Chevy Trax or Equinox. But thanks to Dennis Sima my Sales person, who gave me a run down on what was available, and work best for me payment and mileage wise, it was easier to choose and make a decision on the vehicle and color I wanted! And then Greg Faunda, worked for several hours with Financing, to negotiate and finally get me approved through a Lease on a 2020 Chevy Trax LT! I choose the Satin Steel Metallic, and absolutely Love it!! I couldn't believe He made it happen!! And, I have a lower payment than expected, with way more vehicle! I am Completely Satisfied with the Sale and Service I have received! I have a new home with Greenwood, and definitely will be recommending to others!
