Went above and beyond my expecations. Where do I even begin? I had my SUV for 8 years. I loved not having a car payment. Although, my car slowly, but surely started to break down on me. Speaking with Joe Kovacich, my car salesman and Tracy Briden who works in the finance department, they made me feel confident enough that I can afford a car payment and also that it was not going to be crazy expensive. When I entered the dealership, I was greeted by Joe Kovacich. I did not have to tell him a thing because he already had everything notated of exactly what I wanted and what my price limit was. I also do not have any credit right now, so it was nice that Tracy assured me that I am approved and that we will make this work. Joe and I first took one vehicle for a ride that I thought I liked, but realized that's not what I wanted. He went above and beyond to find the perfect car for me!
