Went above and beyond my expecations. Where do I even begin? I had my SUV for 8 years. I loved not having a car payment. Although, my car slowly, but surely started to break down on me. When I entered the dealership, I was greeted by Joe Kovacich. I did not have to tell him a thing because he already had everything notated of exactly what I wanted and what my price limit was. I also do not have any credit right now, so it was nice that Tracy assured me that I am approved and that we will make this work. Joe and I first took one vehicle for a ride that I thought I liked, but realized that's not what I wanted. He went above and beyond to find the perfect car for me!
