First time buying a car from Greenwood, Bobby was very patient, nice and informative. I was interested in two cars he showed me the cars and patiently explained the cars to me and let me test drive both o patient, nice and informative. He never once rushed me and he wasn't pushy at all like most salesmen.. I would definitely refer people to Bobby and Greenwood.. I don't want to forget about the finance guy, I'm sorry I can't remember his name but he was awesome too. Explained everything he had me signing and had to explain a couple things a few times but never always had a good attitude.. I had a Great experience! The sales man and the financial woman were both extremely nice and helpful. I went in with poor credit and had major doubts about what I would be able to get but they took the time and helped me find my best nice and helpful. They made the process as simple as could be and I’m happy with my decision. I’d definitely work with them again However, make sure you’re buying during hours the proper detailers are there. They were already gone for the day and a random employee took all the new stickers and tape off my car and it looked horrible. Glue all over the outside and even inside on my windshield. They made it right but it’s still a hike for me back to Boardman just to get some glue residue removed. But overall that’s just a small detail and it was resolved quickly. Just gotta get the right people for the job. More
