I did most of my transaction through email, then we set a meeting for Thursday at 2pm. By time I got to the dealership, most of the stuff was done and ready to go. I had an issue with the vehicle I purchased about 6 months ago. Kept having some issues and then I fell out of love with my car 😞 My salesman went above and beyond to make it right!!!! I bought a brand new Chevy Trax, specifically for work back in 2018. As of writing this review in 2021 I have had nothing but problems with the car. Currently it only has 19,600 miles on it....how can I have so many service issues? My first nightmare was when I got a recall for a control arms issue. Despite telling their service department the recall was for BOTH control arms, and despite them telling me they will replace BOTH, they only replaced one. My next issue was when, according to Greenwood Chevrolet, I had a check engine light because my acceleration control assembly went bad.....on a car with 19,000 miles at the time. Ok no problem, still under warranty, fix it. They "fix" it. Now, just over a month later, I have the exact same check engine light issue. The service and repair department at Greenwood Chevrolet is either incompetent or simply lack the skill set to actually perform repairs. More
