Phenomenal !!! So we went into the dealership with little hope of getting a new vehicle as this was the 3rd dealership in the past week. We had $1000 to put down and So we went into the dealership with little hope of getting a new vehicle as this was the 3rd dealership in the past week. We had $1000 to put down and wayyyy less than perfect credit. After just 2 hours I had test drove and almost committed to a 2015 Chrysler 200. It was beautiful, and exactly what I wanted when I walked in the dealership and that's what I left with. John batcho was amazing ! Our vehicle was priced wayyyy below market value & it was Very low pressure sales and he did all he could to accomadate us in every way. Tracei in the finance office was a God sent also. It was a great experience and I recommend this place to anyone. More

I went there with my girlfriend one day to look at a new Silverado a few months back and the guy that was dealing with me was asking personal question I went there with my girlfriend one day to look at a new Silverado a few months back and the guy that was dealing with me was asking personal questions that you shouldn't ask until you are at the desk waiting to buy the car. He thought i was too young and irresponsible to even test drive it, Let me remind you that i was just looking not ready to buy. I also was looking into the Dodge Ram and Toyota Tundra. But he didn't have to get all personal and then he told me he doesn't think i should be able to drive it. Some of the worst salesmanship i have ever seen More
Over Promised Under Delivered I found a used Ford Edge online contacted the dealership via email spoke to salesman over the phone at least half a dozen times as well as texting, he I found a used Ford Edge online contacted the dealership via email spoke to salesman over the phone at least half a dozen times as well as texting, he assured me multiple times how great of shape the car was in. He took pictures personally of a couple flaws on the vehicle that he would have taken care of (2 small dents and some paint chips) by the time I would come in. This was on Thursday he told me it would be good to go by Friday evening and if not definitely by Saturday. I live 6+hours away and made sure he was aware of the distance I would be traveling for this car, so if there was something wrong to let me know. Again I was given the salesmans' personal promise/guarantee that the car was in excellent shape with no issues. I drove the 6 1/2 hours Monday afternoon getting there around 8pm start looking around the car, first things I notice, the paint chips had not been fixed, then I look near the largest one on the hood and see about a 3/4inch bubble where it is beginning to rust under the paint. I keep looking and find about 8 inches of bubbling on the interior of rear door drivers sided door and 8-10inches on the rear pass. door. I was told that he "didn't see them" although he had "personally done a thorough check of the car before I drove all that way". He then told me it would only cost a few hundred dollars at a body shop when I get home to take care of them and he was going to mail me the touch up paint to fix the paint chips that were supposed to be fixed 3 days before I even got there. He didn't think that rust was that big of a deal, and then immediately started to tell me well it is 6 years old with 50k miles that's bound to happen. I call BS!!! They would not discount the price of the vehicle, nor did they offer to fix it for the same price. I understand that I don't matter to them as I live over 325 miles away, but this is not a good business model. After reading more reviews online it appears that this is a common theme, they are large and don't care about individual as long as they are selling hundreds of cars a month. More
I made the deal with the salesman over the phone since I live almost 2 hours away. He was very good to work with. I called 10 minutes before closing on Friday to confirm the vehicle was still there. I had asked to speak to the gentleman that I had been dealing with but he was unavailable. The gentleman confirmed that the vehicle was still available. We arrived 30 minutes after they opened on Saturday morning to find they sold it two days earlier. A total waste of time and fuel. More
Went above and beyond to make 2010 silverado right ! had issue with G M putting wheel weights on and ruining rims!!! G M said not covered under warranty !!!! dealership had wheels fixed !!!!
