Not realizing that the hours were different from what google says, we showed up right at close. Thankfully we got a sales person, Mike O'Brien, to talk to us a bit. He felt bad for us to drive all this way and not get anything out of it. But he was a great sales person and kept in touch with me and made it and easy transaction without me having to drive back and forth. Being that Chad is fairly new, which he reminded us a few times, he may have overlooked a couple things but for the most part all went wonderful and I was really happy with the lease agreement. A few things could of went smoother. He was promised the car would have an oil change before he picked it up but that didn't happen and he had to return to the dealership to have the "technology " person go over his car because she became unavailable the day we picked it up. I would definite recommend this dealership though. I understand things can happen. I really do think they met our needs. Thank you. More
