You can't beat Greenwood pricing, so it's well-worth the drive from Cleveland. I was able to do most of the transaction on Thursday over the phone. I couldn't find my title, so called Peter Friday morning, who assured me they could get a replacement and I need not worry. He went over to start the process and realized the bank had not released the lien!! Fortunately, because he let me know ASAP, I was able to get it resolved with the bank and had a replacement title by noon. I drove the hour from Cleveland to Austintown on Saturday morning and was OUT of the dealership in just under an hour, including a test drive of the car I'd only seen online. Thank you, Peter, for the quickest, easiest transaction ever!! More

My salesman, Lee Tartler was very professional and made you feel you were the only person there. I was not sure if I was going to purchase a vehicle or not, but, Lee took my wife and I out to view all their vehicles on site. To make a long story short, we did lease a new Cruze. My hats off to Greg Greenwood, and his forsight to hire a person of Lees caliber. On another note, I do not remember the young ladys name, but she did a great job of explaining the OnStar system.
