Turnaround time on the deal after agreement was slower than past experience, which may have been mostly weather related. The terms were met and I am quite happy with the outcome. It became confusing at first as to who I would be working with. Shana, called me initially and then said her or Robert would answer question etc. then it was only Robert and never heard from Shana again. Not with. Not that it mattered until I was wrapping up paperwork and some of the things Robert told me were not exactly how it was. Finding out later while at the dealership that Shana was actually the manager. It would have been nice for her to see Robert through from inception to completion as then she could have advised him what is in the deal and what is not but the facts would have been nice. More
