John S. the business owner stepped up and made a sincere effort to resolve my bad experience, and I applaud his willingness to step up for his business. He paid to get some of my vehicle’s problems fixed, but I had to take it to BMW of Denver to discover the problems to begin with. I’m a firm believer that honesty always comes to light no matter how good or bad that truth may be. Telling me the truth from the beginning would have been better, but that’s my thought about conducting business. With that said, John is a good man and is someone that has earned my respect as a person you can trust and believe. His’ team is lacking, but those are employees who can easily be replaced with potential top performers.
