I had a good experience. But the car came with only 1 key/fob, and the replacement cost on this item can easily exceed $200. Instead of asking the customer, this dealership ASSUMES that customers wants to buy upsell items such as anti-theft protection and maintenance contracts that can add hundreds of dollars to the price. I don't like that practice, particularly when lower cost options may be available from conventional insurance companies or extended warranty companies. But an alert consumer will have no problem recognizing that these are options. Estrey Schabacker was personable and gracious. That was a nice additional touch. More
