I did reach out to you guys multiple times I believe I sent you an email personally and Lou as well and Amy forwarded All my emails as well also gap insurance I never heard back about after I was assured I was getting it you know my phone number you know my email if you wanted to reach out you would have if you would have did right by me I would have continued to use your dealership for future purchases plus selling me a $3,000 powertrain warranty That's borderline predatory but again if you want to reach out and make it right and give me a real warranty the premium that would be great I mean let's be honest you can buy a transmission for these vehicles for $1,800 why am I going to pay $3,000 plus interest I'll wait for the copy paste post reply
