Air conditioner issues My experience with Danielle at the Service center at Awesome Nissan of Brunswick unfortunately has been twice in the last two months. Danielle was ver My experience with Danielle at the Service center at Awesome Nissan of Brunswick unfortunately has been twice in the last two months. Danielle was very pleasant and helpful both times. My first trip there was Friday before the 4th of July. I got in and out with my car's air conditioning system discharged and recharged. Leaving with cool air and a diagnosis and cost of the repair should I need to get it fixed. Ended up that vehicle was totaled. I came to Awesome Nissan because Matt Danielson and Tiara were so pleasant while I was waiting. I purchased a used vehicle and the air conditioning system failed before I made my first payment. Again Danielle was very pleasant and helpful. Ed the sales manager paid for the repair. Matt worked with me and got me a loaner vehicle from the dealership. This all helped me with being able to go home and not be without transportation while my new used car was being repaired which was done in one day. More

Doing the right thing!! I purchased a 2017 Nissan Ultima in August 2017. The car has been operating as expected. However, not even a-year-old, the windshield washer motor st I purchased a 2017 Nissan Ultima in August 2017. The car has been operating as expected. However, not even a-year-old, the windshield washer motor stopped working A few hundred miles outside of the bumper-to-bumper warranty. After explaining to Danielle on the service team that this had to be a defective piece of equipment and considering the amount of time I’ve owned the car and the amount of time I have actually used the Wind shield washer. Danielle understood my frustration and concern about product quality over something as simple as a windshield washer motor. She went out of her way and talk to her bosses and the dealer Replaced the windshield washer motor at no cost to me. It is this type of customer service based on a case-by-case situation, that I will always bring my business back to this dealer. More
