Matt the service provider was excellent. My initial contact was for a recall on my 1999.5 Pathfinder. I was told to bring it in by a service adviser other than Matt. Once dropped I was infor My initial contact was for a recall on my 1999.5 Pathfinder. I was told to bring it in by a service adviser other than Matt. Once dropped I was informed the recall was no longer valid. I wouldn't say I wasted my time since there was a free multi point inspection preformed on my vehicle but, not the happiest I had to drive an hour each way to be told it was not a valid recall due to the age of the vehicle.
