Everything went smoothly and I was pleasantly surprised My older Nissan Sentra had scary issues that were piling up suddenly. Everything was presented to me in a clear and professional manner and Preston and Charlie were very good with how nervous I was. More importantly I trusted them and I never really trust sales people. It’s been a week now and I absolutely love my new 2018 Nissan Altima. Plus I purchased the fully loaded version and it makes driving so much fun. More
