Diss honest and miss leading prices Hi, I stop by today to look at a 2013 ram 1500 pick up truck. I was told that the truck was in good shape and it had no issues. To my miss fortune, I get to you’re a dealership and the AC doesn’t work on the truck, there’s a crack in the windshield on the truck and side mirrors are discolored and the whole visit just seemed deceitful. Before I visited you guys today the general manager ( Charlie )had called me back after I requested pictures of the truck and I was told that the truck was in great shape. While I was at the dealership somebody was changing the online price not to reflect the price($12,222) that was quoted online and that to me seemed very deceitful. I travel a great distance to come see this vehicle and I am truly disappointed in the way everything was handled. So if you could if there is an owner or someone I can speak to. More

Nobody seems to know what their inventory is. I saw a car online, called to verify availability, as I had an hour plus drive. Was told its still on lot. Get there, and guess what?? Great 1st experience The service people were very friendly and truly wanted to resolve the issue with my car. After not being able to repeat the problem they even invited me to drive it and point out the noise I brought it in for. And of course it wouldn't make the noise for me either. Service person Joe still checked everything he could with the car up on the lift. So not able to resolve and we left. can't fault them though. More
