I'm surprised at this negative review because I agreed to fix certain cosmetic flaws on the car that I wasn't aware of (Scratches and seat tear) and gave them the option to discount it because they had people who could fix it. I was really courteous, friendly and professional as I always am. I took them inside to show them what they assumed to be "Bogus" numbers and told them that at the price that they were offering, I would lose too much and I couldn't sell it to them at their offer. I am saddened by their review and hope they give us a chance to show them that we take pride in customer service. Thank you.
