Terrible When my family member dropped off for service they were told that the service plan I had purchased with the vehicle had been canceled. I had to go to the dealership and involve the financial office to prove it had not been canceled. Even after that I was charged incorrectly for an air filter (95.00). The mistake was caught by a family member and I had to call the cashier to point out the problem. I am still waiting for the charge to be corrected on my account. I have been appalled with the disregard and carelessness my issues were handled. If I had not purchased the service plan I would never set foot on that dealership property again. More
