First off I would like to say thank you for your business! It is very important to us. On your first visit you had a standard rotation with your oil change. After rotating them your vehicle had a vibration/ worse ride, this happens when a tire on the rear has an issue and it is moved to the front. You would feel the issue more as it is closer to the drivers seat. When you came back in you where advised that to figure out what was going on with it you would need a Computer Balance($59.95 plus fees) to figure out the source of the vibration. The technician was unable to balance the tire as liquid tire sealer was found to be present in the tire causing the issue. You had verified this was true, so we offered to rotate them back to the original position to return it to the way it was before your oil change as you didn't want us to clean out the tire sealer and fix it 100%. The rotate back was done at no additional charge on top of the Balance to figure out the issue. You still didn't think this charge was fair, so I said I would pay for half of it, that I did.
