Check engine light was on. Dropped off so they could do a diagnostic test. The guy that checked me in told me that if the test came back with just a sensor problem, that he wou Dropped off so they could do a diagnostic test. The guy that checked me in told me that if the test came back with just a sensor problem, that he would not charge me. And if it was not a sensor problem, that it would be $134. Called me that afternoon and said that it was a sense of problem and that I could pick it up as soon as I was available. Showed up the next day and they wanted me to pay a bill. I told the lady what the guy said and she went and got him and brought him over. He denied telling me that it was not going to cost me anything. Instead of it costing me $134, it actually cost me $227.! Super untrustworthy! Definitely don’t recommend! More

They changed the driver's door handle that was broken when we bought the 2023 Frontier from Dan Vanen on Altima Ave in Brunswick. The warranty is still active so we took it to Greenway Nissan. I bought car from Nalley made one payment & engine blew out. They towed it to their shop.. Never heard from them until I called them at very end of the day.They said they couldn't fix it and my responsibil out. They towed it to their shop.. I was not happy and i made sure they knew it..called Roy at Greenway he took care of everything from towing it in to rental car.. It was all under warranty.He kept me informed t/o the whole ordeal..As female who hates going to car dealerships he made the experience so much nicer.. More
Everyone was welcoming and helpful. I lost the keys to my Hertz rental car which was a Nissan. You made a key for $500. That was a bit shocking but I needed the key.
