Service after the sale is horrible. Alex the salesperson I dealt with promised me free oil changes and tire rotation for a year , this is what it took for me to agree to purchase this v Alex the salesperson I dealt with promised me free oil changes and tire rotation for a year , this is what it took for me to agree to purchase this vehicle. Well when I finally had to have the service preformed and just like a slimy salesperson, the agreement was not met , Alex doesn’t remember that agreement and I had to pay 107.00 and some change. He told me he would call me the next day and let me know if they are going to honor what he told me he was going to do in the first place. I was thinking of trading another vehicle in on a Nissan truck. This is not the first encounter with this dealership I have had. I will not use this dealership or any services that this dealership has to offer. Oh and it’s a little after 2:00 pm and no phone call. I will never refer anybody to use this dealership. I was a salesman and always heard used car salesman would say or do anything to make the sale(liars). Like the Nissan product will go back to Ford after my experience here. This place is a joke.
